Voting Information
Vote By Mail Signature Verification
The signature on every vote by mail envelope will be checked to ensure it matches the signature on the voter's registration. If the signature is missing, or does not match, the voter will be notified directly and given an opportunity to cure the issue.
All signature cures must be received by the Elections Official prior to 2 days before certification of the election. Once the verification is received, the voter's ballot will be counted.
If your signature was challenged, or you forgot to sign your envelope, you can complete this Signature Verification Statement and return it to our office via mail, email, fax, or in person.
